To qualify as a tester, you must:

• Received an official invitation from ReceiptJar

• Have an active ReceiptJar account

• Have accounts with at least one of the following ReceiptJar Connect retailers

  • USA: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Doordash, UberEats, Instacart, Costco

  • Canada: Amazon, Walmart, Loblaws (PC Express), UberEats, Costco, Doordash, Skip the Dishes, Instacart, Metro, Save on Foods and Sobeys (IGA)

  • Australia: Amazon, Chemist Warehouse

• Have a clear redemption record (no prior violations)

• Reside in one of our supported countries

You don’t need to do anything daily - we’ll reach out when testing is needed.

When we’re testing a specific retailer (for example, Amazon), here’s how it works:

1. We’ll contact you via email to ask for help testing that retailer’s connection.

2. You’ll be asked to screen record the process of:

   • Opening the ReceiptJar app

   • Signing in to the requested retailer (e.g., Amazon)

   • Every step from sync initiation to sync completion

3. If any errors or unusual messages appear, please include them in your recording.

4. You’ll then submit the video through the Tester Form.

Only valid recordings are rewarded — we want to make sure everyone earns fairly!
Each approved submission will get you 500 bonus points 🎉

To qualify, your recording should:

• Clearly show the entire process (from opening the app to sync complete)

• Be for the correct retailer we’re testing

• Be submitted through the official tester form

This helps keep testing fair and ensures we can reward genuine, complete submissions 💚
